Updated: Apr 14

Carnage Results: Episode 20

The road to WrestleMania: Atlanta continues to have it's twists and turns which included quite the return to kick off the show that has changed everything for the 'Show of Shows" in less then 3 weeks.

The Usos vs. Heavy Machinery ended in a No Contest

For the first time since Carnage: Gold Rush, former Tag Team Champions The Usos returned to in-ring competition against Heavy Machinery but before the match could take place, darkness came to the show when the "Fiendish Family" in Blood Brother Bo and Brother Mercy attacked Otis and Tucker before turning their venom to the brothers who were standing their ground and all hell broke loose between the four men until we saw the return of "The Big Uce"!

Roman Reigns returned for the first time since the first episode of Carnage and delivered spears to the duo attacking his cousins and was instantly confronted by Bray Wyatt, not here to play games, Roman demanded that HE face him at WrestleMania before delivering a Superman Punch to Wyatt and walking away.

But the punch had little effect on Wyatt who accepted the challenge and then HE appeared behind Roman Reigns before hitting the "Sister Abigail" and at WrestleMania it will be The Fiend vs. Roman Reigns in a "Firefly Mayhem" Match.

FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) sent a firm message to Rated RKO before they clash in the semi-finals next week claiming they have respect for Randy but after the embarrassment they felt when RRKO eliminated Zack Ryder & Wade Barrett, their receipts is coming, next week.

Pac defeats Trent Seven; Tyler Bate returns

Last week we had a chaotic brawl between these two former stable mates and tonight they face off in official capacity as Trent Seven battled "The Bastard" Pac but before they could even get to the ring, the brawl continued between Seven and Pac before they finally made it to the ring and both men delivered quite the show before Pac put Seven away with the Black Arrow for the win.

Pac didn't celebrate too long as he continued his assault on Seven with another Black Arrow before locking in The Brutalizer to send a message that he's back but his attack didn't last long as we saw the return of Tyler Bate (who's still bandaged up) to get revenge from the attack 2 weeks ago and made Pac rethink his choices before walking away.

In a cryptic message, Women's Royal Rumble Winner Io Shirai responded to Women's Champion Bianca Belair's attacks on her friend Asuka and her frenemy Kairi Sane and said that what happens next is on her, when she leaves WrestleMania: Atlanta as the NEW Women's Champion

Xavier Woods (w/Kofi Kingston) defeats Chad Gable to become No.1 Contender for the Television Title

The Television Title picture is beginning to grow following Cedric Alexander's ascension to the title and tonight after an attack by Chad Gable on Xavier Woods, the two went to blows to determine who will be next to challenge Prime Time Alexander for the TV Title in the near future, Woods (accompanied by Kofi Kingston, who came to the aid of Woods last week) brought his best against The Rebellion's Olympic prospect before putting him away with two "Lost In the Woods" to pick up the win to earn himself a TV Title opportunity

Daniel Bryan responds to the "disrespect" and says he has a plan in motion

Still feeling the pressure as his match with Brock Lesnar draws closer, The Rebellion's leader, Daniel Bryan, interrupted Xavier Woods' celebration to send a message to "The Beast" and Vince McMahon claiming that he has been working on a "Plan B" and now has the backing of a new "financial backer" and guarantees that he will beat Lesnar and will be added to the WWE World Title match at WrestleMania.

Bobby Lashley (w/MVP) defeats Curtis Axel

Returning for the first time in a couple of weeks, Bobby Lashley arrived and dominated Curtis Axel in a matter of minutes including two spears (one on the outside and the second in the ring) before picking up the dominant win and reminding everyone that he is still just as focused as ever before his celebration was cut short by the arrival of a Swiss Cyborg

Also making an appearance for the first time since his successful title defense at Carnage: Gold Rush, the Intercontinental Champion Cesaro confronted Lashley and laid down the challenge for a match at WrestleMania which Lashley accepted

Bitter at how he lost his chance, Adam Cole interrupted the festivities to go on a rant before being attacked by former Undisputed Era cohort Kyle O'Reilly and their brawl made it's way to the back but Cesaro quickly realized his mistake because he turned his back on Lashley

the Chief Hurt Officer laid out the champion with the spear before locking in the Hurt Lock, sending a message that he will leave Atlanta as the new champion and then hit Cesaro with another spear before grabbing the championship, will MVP's prophecy come true of every member of his organization holding every active championship in the company?

War Raiders defeats the Good Brothers in the semi-finals of the "No.1 Contender's Tag Team Tournament"

In a high stakes main event, two legit tag teams fought it out as the dominant War Raiders battled the resilient Good Brothers with the winners advancing to the finals of the Tag Team Tournament and thought we saw plenty of near-falls and close calls including Luke Gallows kicking out of the Samoan Driver. But the conclusion came when the Raiders finally connected with the Fallout to pick up the hard fought win and have the winner of the Rated RKO/FTR semi-finals in the finals of this tournament with the winners facing Street Profits at WrestleMania.

Pete Dunne infiltrated the "Beat Down Temple" to get some revenge on WWE World Heavyweight Champion Apollo Crews

Two weeks after he attacked his WrestleMania opponent with a apron powerbomb, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Apollo Crews addressed his actions from within the walls of the "Beat Down Temple" (the BDC's training facility) and he was brutally honest about why he will leave Atlanta as the WWE World Champion but his address was interrupted by a vengeful Pete Dunne who burst through the doors took the fight to the man who tried to keep him from Mania and sent the champion running away claiming that nothing will stop him from showing up and leaving the WWE World Heavyweight Champion!

What will happen next on the road to WrestleMania with only 2 shows remaining between now and Hotlanta?
