The champion's celebration was short lived when potential challengers made their presence know, first Xavier Woods eyed the champion before being assaulted from behind by The Rebellion's Chad Gable but that assault was short lived when Woods' former tag team partner Kofi Kingston came to the aid of his once New Day brother, appearing for the first time since his crushing loss to Apollo Crews a couple of weeks ago. Karrion Kross with Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy defeats Keith Lee with Drew McIntyre via disqualification
This match was weeks in the making as Keith Lee wanted revenge against one of the men who screwed him out of the Intercontinental Title back at the Royal Rumble - Karrion Kross - Kross was given his orders by Seth Rollins to handle this problem once and for all and both men brought out their best, despite the casual distractions by everyone at ringside including Drew McIntyre and Buddy Murphy tossing in a steel chair. Kross nearly had Lee down for the count with the Saito Suplex but the Limitless one somehow kicked out and then the unthinkable happened as all hell broke loose at ringside when McIntyre laid out Murphy with a Claymore and Rollins laid out McIntyre with the Revolution Knee - the "Black Heart" emerged...
Obsessed with taking over "The Order" and getting revenge against Rollins, Lio Rush assaulted Kross with a bat but this bat had spikes and barbed wire attached, forcing the referee to throw the match out and award Kross the win via disqualification but Rush couldn't take his eyes off of his WrestleMania opponent and if this is what we're in store for in Atlanta, Seth Rollins had better prepare for the worst.
A few weeks before she defends her Women's Championship against Io Shirai at WrestleMania, Bianca Belair kept her word on her vague threat - "What happens next is on Io" - when she assaulted and slammed Io's friend Asuka through a car windshield and despite her minor beef with Io, Kairi Sane tried to defend Asuka but that wasn't enough as Bianca laid out her with a stiff right hand, sending the brutal message to Io that she made this happen and at Mania, it all comes to an end

Shayna Baszler was lurking at ringside making sure her students held their own against two corner stones of the Women's Division and they did for a bit until Charlotte came in like a ball of fire and looked to end things with a spear which usually sets up for Natural Selection but then the fourth member of "Camp Spades" Ronda Rousey made her presence known when she deposited a beaten up Tessa Blanchard before setting the stage for the closing moments when Kai took care of Becky on one side and Shayna, behind the referee's back, attacked Charlotte with a knee before setting up for Dakota to take advantage and hit the Kairopractor to pin Flair and pick up the win for her team.
Following the match, at the orders of Shayna for Becky screwing her out of a Women's Title match, Ronda laid out Becky with the Piper's Pit, giving us a preview of what could happen if Camp Spades wins at WrestleMania - a changing of the guard.

For the first time since 2007 (officially) Edge - in his second match back since he returned from retirement - opted to reunite with his long time friend, Randy Orton after watching last week's first round matches in the Tournament and try their hands at some more Tag Team gold.
In the main event, both Orton and Edge held their own against the two men in the Rebellion the world though were at odds but that wasn't the case but the experience of Orton and the arrogance of Ryder shifted the match in the two legends favor when Orton got the hot tag before hitting Ryder with the RKO and instead of going for the pin, Randy tagged in Edge who hit a spear on Ryder to pick up the win and secured Rated RKO's spot in the semi-finals of the tournament
